Bookings, Cancellations and Appointment Times
A 48 hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
If you are booking a Life Saver Session, a £25 deposit is required in advance, with the remainder of the fee due at your session. No deposit refund will be given in the event of your cancellation if less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time or in the event of your non-attendance. Should we cancel your session, a full deposit refund will be issued or an alternative session arranged. We will endeavour to give as much notice as possible should we need to cancel or alter the timing of your session.
Under no circumstances will we treat:
- Any person under the influence of recreattional drugs or alcohol.
- Any person engaging in physically, sexually or verbally abusive behaviour.
- Any person we deem to be an unsuitable candidate for hypnotherapy.
Please make every effort to attend promptly at the time of your appointment. You may be charged for session over-runs as a result of your late arrival.
